The Capital One Investment Banking Internship is available to rising junior and senior-level undergraduate students who are majoring in finance, accounting, business, economics, or mathematics. To be considered for this opportunity, you should be passionate about financial markets and the economy, be proficient in Microsoft Office, have knowledge of general accounting and finance principles, and possess excellent communication, quantitative, analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills. Through this 10-week summer program, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of strategic advisory and financing-related transactions and assignments. You will focus on either the Capital Markets, TripleTree, or KippsDeSanto teams and receive a variety of networking opportunities, mentorship from senior leaders, and exposure to executives across the firm. This role is designed to prepare you for a career in investment banking through a variety of on-the-job training, detailed market analysis, financial modeling exercises, and the preparation of client engagement materials. This internship is offered in McLean, VA; Bloomington, MN; and New York, NY.
