The CFR Middle East History and Geopolitics Internship is available to undergraduate and graduate students who are focusing on Middle Eastern studies, international relations, history, Arabic, or related fields. To be considered for this opportunity, you should have previous research experience, possess strong writing abilities, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preference will be given to applicants who are proficient in Hebrew and/or Arabic. As an intern, you will gain firsthand experience in working in the think tank community, analyzing geopolitical trends in the Middle East, as well as gaining knowledge and understanding of the Middle East politics and U.S. foreign policy in the region. This internship is offered either remotely or on a hybrid basis in New York, NY.
