The Lehigh Valley Hospital Mammography Internship is available to students who have obtained a specialized diploma or associate's degree at an AMA approved school of radiologic technology. To be considered for this role, you should have knowledge of medical technology and terminology, understand how to use radiation equipment effectively and safely, and have the ability to deal effectively and ethically with medical and confidential information relating to patients, family, and physicians. As an intern, you will will receive on-the-job training and education in breast imaging that meets regulatory guidelines to perform breast imaging and become a certified Mammography Technologist. This internship is offered in Allentown, PA.
