Description

The Ford Motor Company Human Resources Internship is available to first-year graduate students (MLIR, MSHR, MBA or JD). To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum GPA of 3.2 and be willing to relocate to Southeastern Michigan or any facility in the US in the future. Additionally, you should have skills and/or experience solving problems and managing conflict, managing projects and organizational change, and handling multiple projects at once. Over the course of 12 weeks, you will have the opportunity to build a network of friends and contacts, to learn about life and leisure in Southeastern Michigan and to see how Ford and the HR team contribute to the company vision.
