Description
The EBSCO Help Desk Internship is available to college students pursuing a degree in IT or MIS. To be considered for this opportunity, you should have six months or more technical experience either through school or work, be able to lift up to 44 pounds, be able to work autonomously, be tech-savvy, and enjoy working with people and computers. As an intern, you will respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions. You will support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software. You will also perform minor repairs, identify and report system issues to vendors, and assist with inventory check-in, storage room maintenance and recycling of old hardware. This internship is offered in Ipswich, MA, and Contoocook, NH.
