The Schneider Electric Strategy and Innovation Internship is available to students pursuing a degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field. To be considered for this role, you should should possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. As an intern, you will drive main strategic planning activities of power systems within energy management business unit, working closely with business division, segment, and global/regional teams. You will lead strategic projects and innovation initiatives, support long-term strategic planning workstreams, conduct strategy reviews, and monitor industry, policy and market trends and bringing externally driven insights and expertise on equipment, service and sustainability topics (e.g., recurring services, targeted segments, energy transition, DER, climate change, social trends, emerging issues) to inform the business or segment strategy. This internship is offered in various locations with Massachusetts.
