The McDonald's People (HR) Internship is available to junior-level undergraduate students who are majoring in human resources, communications, psychology, or related fields. To be considered for this opportunity, you should possess strong communication skills, be committed to inclusivity, and exhibit organizational involvement or experience related to human resources, people management, diversity and inclusion, or leadership. As an intern, you will learn and support the US HR business partners, field people, transformation and org effectiveness, restaurant culture, and US marketing and insights teams.
