Description

The Chicago SKY WNBA Ticket Operations Internship is available to undergraduate and graduate students who are passionate about the sports industry, the Chicago Sky, Professional Women’s Basketball, and the greater Chicago community. As an intern, you will assist with the day-to-day functions of the ticket operations department. This position will also assist in all ticketing aspects throughout the organization. The main responsibilities are processing all ticket sales orders, while assisting with maintaining ticketing and CRM database, and assisting on game-day. Overall, you will gain valuable experience in a professional sport setting using Ticketmaster ticket system and Salesforce CRM. This internship is offered as a hybrid role in Chicago, IL.
