Description

The NTHP Underrepresented Artists' Historic Sites Research Internship is available to upper-division undergraduate students and graduate students of any level who are majoring in art history, public history, museum studies, or related fields. To be considered for this opportunity, you should possess strong research, organizational, collaboration, and Microsoft Office skills. As an intern, you will gain experience under the mentorship of respected art and material culture historians, preservation and museum professionals, in an educational setting at one of the nation’s leading arts and cultural and non-profit advocacy organizations, and as part of the national HAHS program which is the thought leader in professional mentoring of and advocacy for preserving visual artists’ sites. You will also have the opportunity to participate in educational programming offered via the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s organization-wide internship program. This internship is offered on a fully-remote basis.
