The Lake Country Hartland Rotary Scholarship is available to full - time students at Waukesha County Technical College. You must be enrolled in an associate degree, certificate or diploma program. Also, you must meet one of the following criteria to be eligible for this award; be a current resident in the Hartland School District, graduate from the Hartland School District or a senior from a Hartland school.
