Description
The Thomas R. and Anne Marie Walter Educational Endowment is available to residents of Kosciusko County who are actively pursuing a secondary education in such a manner as to a timely graduation. You must have a minimum "B" grade average and demonstrate financial need to qualify for this award. Two letters of recommendation are also required.
