Description
The E.T.D. Jones Scholarship Fund is available to graduates of high schools in Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties. You must be pursuing a post-secondary education at a vocational school, college or university to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to immigrants and children of immigrants of the former Soviet Union and other underdeveloped countries and/or graduates of the Portland House of Umoja residential program.
