The Albertson Foundation Early Childhood/ Special Education Blended Certificate Scholarship is available to undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Idaho. You must be pursuing an early childhood/ special education blended certificate, be an Idaho resident and have a minimum GPA of 2.75 to be eligible for this award. Part- time graduate students also may apply.
