Kenneth A. and Vesta Stark Scholarship

Description

The Kenneth A. and Vesta Stark Scholarship is available to students at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, College of ACES. You must be a resident of the greater Pike County area to be eligible for this award. Preference is also given to other students in the College who do not have access to other scholarship programs because of extenuating circumstances in their life that has caused undue hardship in their overall performance.
