The Shell Family Scholarship is available to entering students at Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College. You must be a graduating senior at Logan High School and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to be eligible for this award. In addition, you must be planning to graduate from Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College with plans to continue your educational goals at Marshall University.
