The Bryan and Adra Heise Elementary Education Scholarship is open to full-time students at Eastern Illinois University. You must be majoring in early childhood, elementary or middle level education. Financial need is a consideration. Preference is given to students who are graduating, or have graduated, from a Decatur, Illinois, high school.
