Description
The Folkestand Endowed Scholarship for Creative Writing is available to returning female undergraduate adn graduate students at Portland State University. You must be pursuing an interest in creative writing to be eligible for this award. Preferece will be given to women who have returned to school after a difficult situation or who plan to use writing as a therapy in a clinical setting.
