Carmen Bass Scholarship

Description

The Carmen Bass Scholarship is available to students at Georgia College & State University. You must be accepted into junior middle grades cohort to qualify for this award. If not awarded to a middle school education student, consideration is given to junior early childhood or special education cohort members. A letter of recommendation, statement of need and a essay are required.
