The Mr. and Mrs. Edward C. Hall Scholarship is available to students at Southeast Missouri State University. You must be pursuing a B.S. in education or aspiring to enter the teaching profession to be eligible for this award. Entering freshmen must rank on or above the 50th percentile on a University admissions test and in the upper one-half of their high school class. University students must have a 2.0 GPA. One award goes to a graduate of Lafayette or Eureka High.
