The Carolyn J. and Robert J. Allison Jr. Scholarship is available to dependent children, age 24 and under, of full - time City of Houston employees. You must be planning to enroll for the first time in full - time undergraduate study at an accredited two - year or four - year college or university and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 to be eligible for this award.
