The Ralph W. Voorhees Fellowships in Civic Engagement is open to students at Rutgers University, Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy. You must participate in credit-bearing partnernships with a non-profit or government organization in areas such as community development and planning, community-based education, housing and public transportation, public health and public policy to be eligible for this award.
