The Col. Alton F. Balkman Athletic Scholarship is available to students at Arkansas Tech University. You must be a current or former member of the Tech basketball or football team, have a minimum "C" average, and demonstrate potential for service to country to be eligible for this award. Selection will also be based on demonstrated financial need and a recommendation from the Athletic Department.
