The Current Postsecondary Students/ACFEF-registered Apprentices for the American Culinary Federation and the American Academy of Chefs is open to high school seniors who have been accepted to an accredited, post-secondary college. You must be majoring in culinary or pastry arts, or be an ACF registered apprentice, minimum GPA of 2.75 and have a career goal of becoming a chef or pastry chef to be eligible for this award.
