Description
The Norm Schut Scholarship is available to a graduating senior, or a high school graduate (GED accepted) from an accredited public or private high school. You must be member for at least six months prior to application, or an immediate family member, of WFSE/AFSCME and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.
