Description
The Andrew Flusche Scholarship Contest is available to students currently enrolled in a college, university or trade school. You must create a public service advertisement video (PSA) about: What should motorists do while driving if they see a law enforcement vehicle that is stopped on the side of the road?. The video must be uploaded to YouTube and be no longer than three minutes long in order to be eligible for this award.
