Description

The Union Plus Scholarship for AFSCME Members is available to the members, their spouses, and their dependent children of the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees. Members must have at least one year of continuous good-standing membership in AFSCME. Applicants must be accepted into an accredited college, community college, or a recognized trade or technical school and submit an essay to be considered for this award.
