Description
The Rebecca's Dream College Scholarship is available to high school seniors in Illinois. To be eligible, you must submit a 400 - to 600 - word essay on the following topic: "In order to 'Change the Face of Depression' we must change one mind at a time. Explain what you have done to reach out to those in need and in doing so, how you are helping to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness."
