HOPE Scholarship Program - Georgia Student Finance Commission

Description

The HOPE Scholarship Program is open to residents of Georgia seeking a degree at eligible Georgia post - secondary institutions. The value of your award is based upon your enrollment in either a public or private institution and may be based upon your overall GPA. For students attending eligible public colleges in Georgia, you must have graduated from high school in 1993 or later as a "HOPE Scholar" to qualify. For students attending private colleges, you must have graduated from high school as a HOPE Scholar in 1996 or later. GED recipients are also eligible for this award once they have attempted their first 30 semester or 45 quarter hours of study with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
