Description
The Bill Rabbit Legacy Art Scholarship is open to students who are Cherokee Nation citizens who reside within the Cherokee Nation jurisdictional area. You must be pursing a four-year degree in fine arts or art education, have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and submit three pictures of your art in order to be considered for this award.
