Description
The David E. Ballard Scholarship is available to full - time undergraduate students who have experienced homelessness and / or have been part of the foster care system. You must be pursuing a career in live entertainment, music engineering, business management, customer service, hospitality or other industry related field and have a minimum GPA of 2.75 to be eligible for this award
