Description
The East Rock Films Essay Contest is open to high school juniors and seniors and college freshman and sophomores in the U.S. and Canada. To be considered for this award, you must be pursuing studies in the arts, humanities, or social sciences. Additionally, you must submit an essay describing a particular work of art that "speaks to you." This could be, but is not limited to, a novel, poem, painting, sculpture, musical composition, song, dance, film, play, short story, nonfiction book, or documentary.
