The Long Beach College Promise Fund is open to graduating high school seniors of the Long Beach Unified School District (LBUSD). You must be planning to attend Long Beach City City College or California State University Long Beach in order to be considered for this award. Local students who are interested in transferring to CSULB from LBCC are also eligible to apply.
