Description
The Wings Over America Scholarship is available to high school seniors and full - time college students. To be eligible, you must be the dependent child or spouse of an active duty, retired, honorably discharged, or deceased Enlisted or Officer U. S. Navy personnel who serves or has served in U. S. Navy Aviation; or be the child of a member of the U.S. Navy who has died while on active duty serving within a U.S. Navy aviation command.
