Description
The Monarch HBCU Scholarship is available to undergraduate students who have obtained at least second semester freshman status at an accredited four - year HBCU. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be a graduate of a Chicago Metropolitan Area high school to be eligible for this award.
