The DCA Dale R. Michels Endowed Scholarship is available to students pursuing a career in the construction industry. You must be a DCA member of the child/spouse of a DCA member to be eligible for this award. Selection is based on academic and community achievements, college entrance test scores, financial need, and two short answer questions.
