Description
The L’Oréal Professionnel Empowering Diversity Scholarship is available to students who identify as belonging to a minority population. You must plan to enroll in a cosmetology program at a licensed training school or program that leads to licensure, be at least 18 years of age and be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this award. Selection is based on a YouTube video submission addressing challenges, goals, and passions. Additional criteria includes academic achievement, community involvement, and financial need.
