Description
The Ralph R. Hernandez Bilingual Education Scholarship is available to students of Hispanic ethnicity who are residing Western New York. You must be pursuing a career in teaching and have a minimum 2.75 GPA to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to students enrolled in a bilingual education program.
