"Guide Like Liz" Alpine Guiding Scholarship

Description

The "Guide Like Liz" Alpine Guiding Scholarship is available to students who are interested in becoming an alpine guide through the American Alpine Institute. To be considered for this award, be at least 18 years of age, love of the mountains, and have an affinity for mountain adventure. Additionally, you should self-identify as belonging to marginalized genders, including female, genderqueer, trans, non-binary, and femmes comfortable in female-centered spaces. Selection is based on resume detailing outdoor/climbing/skiing experience, a personal statement, and letter of recommendation.
