The William "Bill" Thomas Athletic Achievement Scholarship is available to high school seniors who are planning to attend an HBCU. You must have at least a 2.7 GPA to be eligible for this award. You must also submit a 1,000 - word essay discussing a significant challenge or sacrifice you've made as an athlete that has shaped your character and work ethic.
