Description
The Two Rivers-Ottauquechee Regional Commission Scholarship is open to high school seniors who are residents of TRORC's thirty towns. Selection is based on community service-oriented activities, engagement with civic institutions, activities that advance diversity, equity and inclusion, engagement with civic institutions, leadership skills, innovative thinking and problem solving, entrepreneurship and resourcefulness.
