The Maine’s Top Scholars Award is available to incoming freshman students at the University of Maine. To be eligible for this renewable award, you must be a resident of Maine. Selection for this renewable award is based on GPA, academic rigor, program of interest, and demonstrated leadership/community service. Selected recipients are also given the opportunity to participate in scholarly activity/research in their field and are invited to join the Honors College.
