The HAIL Scholarship is available to incoming freshman students at the University of Michigan. To be considered for this renewable award, you must be a high-achieving, low-income student who is a Michigan resident. This is a invitational scholarship; invited students will receive a pre-approved scholarship invitation in the mail.
