The Presidential Scholarship is available to incoming freshman students at the University of Michigan who are non-residents. To be considered for this renewable award, you must be enrolled on a full-time basis. Selection may be based on academic achievement, personal talents, interests, leadership qualities, financial need, or a combination of these.
