Description
The Lavon H. Cooper Scholarship is open to high school seniors and graduates of Robbinsdale District 281 (Armstrong, Cooper or Highview). You must have maintained a G.P.A. of at least 2.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) in order to be eligible for this award. Students who have previously received this scholarship are eligible to apply again two years from when their application was submitted that earned them the award.
