The Compassion Scholarship is open to residents of the United States. You must be an immediate family member of a murdered victim: (parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, sibling) planning to attend or attending a college or university and submit an essay of 400 words or less on how this loss affected you in order to be eligible for this award.
