EMPOWER Scholars Program - Portland State University

Description

The EMOWER Scholars Program is available to incoming freshman and transfer students at Portland State University who identify as first-generation, Asian or Pacific Islander. Through the program, students are provided with opportunities to gain various skills and tools, sources of financial support, and a sense of community that all contribute to the development of successful students and leaders.
