Description
The Joey Irwin Scholarship is available to students graduating from Frederick High School who plan to pursue a trade or vocational occupation after graduation. You must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 to be considered for this award. Selection is based on academic merit, a two-three minute video submission, and completion of five short-answer questions.
