Description
The Bill Stroecker Commercial / Instrument Flight Training Scholarship is available to applicants who are residents of Alaska and seeking a commercial certificate or instrument rating. To be eligible for this award, you must be a U.S. citizen/permanent resident, a member of AOPA, have a private pilot certificate, and have logged at least 100 hours of flight time.
