The University Enrichment Scholarship is available to incoming freshmen at the University of Arkansas who are from underrepresented ethnic or minority groups, students with interest in a field that does not typically attract members of their ethnicity or gender, students who reside in an underrepresented county in Arkansas, and first-generation college students.
