Description
The Gustave Blache III Art Scholarship is open to high school seniors, undergraduate and graduate students in Lousiana. You must be interested in pursuing either Bachelor or Master of Fine Arts degrees at the School of Visual Arts in New York City and upload your portfolio with original work, including a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 15 art samples in order to be considered for this award.
